Case Study 1 :
Scaling Entrepreneurship Program through Training & LMS
A startup edtech company struggled to scale its live-facilitated entrepreneurship program because it relied on a single instructor, limiting reach and consistency across partner sites. I designed and launched a scalable facilitator training program into an LMS-based experience equipping partner facilitators with the skills and tools they needed. We streamlined the training, improved usability, and expanded delivery capacity. As a result, the program grew learner reach, improved facilitator satisfaction, and established repeatable onboarding and delivery processes.
Case Study 2 :
Standardizing Peer Mentor Practices to Improve Student Achievement
A youth mentorship program at a nonprofit was seeing inconsistent quality in student career plans because peer mentors varied widely in how they structured and facilitated sessions. I analyzed mentor practices, introduced a structured training series, and created tools like a coaching guide, rubric, and professional development workshops to standardize how mentors support learners. This intervention increased mentor confidence from 63% to 91% and raised the percentage of strong learner career plans (80% or better) from 52% to 76%. The result was a more equitable and effective mentoring experience across all groups.
